Silent Auction Fundraiser

Help Send Our Youth to Winter Camp

Our youth ministry team will be holding a Silent Auction, from Sunday, September 17 to Sunday, October 1, to help send our youth to Winter Camp. We are asking our church family to help by donating items or services for the auction.

Starting this Sunday, the silent auction will begin after the morning worship service. Please stop by the fellowship hall and bid on the different items you see. Bidding will take place anytime until 12:30 Sunday, October 1. The winners will be announced at a Potato Bar Lunch following the Sunday morning service on October 1.

Please bring your donated items this Sunday to the Fellowship Hall preferably before Sunday School. You are welcome to bring items during the next two weeks up until October 1. The sooner you bring them, the better!

There are many items you could bring that are too numerous to list. These items should be in great condition and have some momentary value. Examples include musical instruments, small furniture, artwork, jewelry, collectables, the list goes on. Gift baskets are a good idea. You can even bring gift cards from various resturants and stores.

Homemade Mixes

Jams, jellies, salsa, etc.
Dry soup mixes.
Hot chocolate mixes

All proceeds from the auction and lunch will be used to help send the youth to their Winter Retreat this year.
